It is the perfect year-round landing pad for a recreational vacation in the Gorge, a romantic getaway, or a simple escape for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Understory Suite is one of two levels at the cottage. This daylight basement nestled just below the forested canopy defies expectations at every delightful turn. Spacious lounging areas invite deep rest, quirky utility spaces are surprisingly well-appointed, fabulous amenities await your indulgence, and carefully curated decor blends art and furniture from both the Pacific Northwest and Venezuela along with antique pieces and reclaimed materials. Every nook and cranny, indoor and out, is designed to maximize your comfort and showcase the cottage's incredible views!

Enjoy off-street parking and complete privacy with your own entrance, deck, and yard spaces. The Canopy Suite upstairs is currently occupied by a lovely long-term renter.
